Do you price-match your Shopee store?
Yes. If a listing is cheaper on our Shopee or Lazada store, tell us at checkout and we will match it here.
How long does a custom build take?
72 hours from payment for in-stock parts, including the 8-hour burn-in test. Rush builds are possible — ask at the counter.
Can I supply my own parts?
Yes. Assembly-only service is available; warranty then covers our labour, not the parts you bring.
Do you offer Net 30 terms?
For approved companies, schools and resellers. Apply for a trade account with your company details to start the check.
How is shipping charged?
By weight and destination, calculated at checkout. Systems and monitors ship as bulky freight, double-boxed and insured. Self-collect in Kepong is free.
